Ms. Bock drafts legal documents to state and federal courts and other correspondence; reviews incoming mail and calendars to-do’s; manages attorney calendars and provides reminders as necessary; performs data entry and filing; assists in interviewing new clients and completing opening paperwork; reviews and evaluates cases; requests and reviews medical records, as well as other relevant documents; gathers additional evidence from medical providers and other third parties; acts as liaison between clients/attorneys and other parties; and assists with back-up phone support including taking telephone intakes.
