This program meets the California MCLE Paralegal requirement as specified in Business and Professions Code Section 6450(d).
This program may qualify for up to 3.0 hours of self-study CLE credit by the Montana Commission of Continuing Legal Education, including 0.0 hour of ethics. No more than 4.0 hours of self-study CLE credit may be earned during a reporting period.
Approved by the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of New Mexico for 3.0 general self-study credit and 0.0 ethics self-study credit (for a total of 3.0 hours CLE).
NBI, Inc. is licensed by the New Hampshire Department of Education Office of Career School Licensing. There are no enrollment prerequisites or admissions requirements for this course, and there is no exam or grading system. Satisfactory progress is based solely on attendance at the course. Credits may not be transferred. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulation. Student complaints should be directed to our office at (800) 930-6182. Upon exhausting all avenues with NBI, Inc. for resolution, students may file a complaint with the Office of Career School Licensing at (603) 271-6443.

She has extensive leadership and management background in community and non-profit sector and proven record of success achieving or exceeding objectives. Ms. Carbone is goal oriented, with attention to detail and proven ability to work well under pressure. She has a strong background in medical terminology and documentation, with 15 years of experience and training as an Emergency Medical Technician. Ms. Carbone received her B.S. degree from Northeastern University.
ERIC A. RICH is a litigation and workers' compensation attorney with Ross, Brittain & Schonberg Co., L.P.A. His practice includes representation of employers before the Industrial Commission, the Bureau of Workers' Compensation, courts of common pleas, courts of appeal, and the Ohio Supreme Court. Mr. Rich also advises employers regarding their obligations under the ADA, FMLA, OSHA, and other state and federal statutes. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Vermont and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
