TIMOTHY DENISON has been in general law practice for more than 27 years in state and federal courts in Kentucky. He defends clients facing all charges in criminal court, including drug charges, traffic tickets, drunk driving, murder, and manslaughter. Mr. Denison also represents plaintiffs in personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases. He also practices in the areas of divorce, family law, bankruptcy, civil rights, consumer law, animal law, arbitration and mediation, probate, estate planning, juvenile law, legal ethics and professional responsibility, attorney and judicial misconduct defense, legal malpractice, and employment law. He is a member of the Kentucky and Barren County bar associations. Mr. Denison earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Western Kentucky University; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Louisville School of Law. He is a member of the Louisville (Law School Division), Kentucky, and American bar associations.
ROBERT J. KASIETA is the founder of Kasieta Legal Group, LLC, in Madison, Wisconsin. He is a certified civil pretrial and trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Kasieta practices in civil litigation, with an emphasis on plaintiff personal injury and employment cases, as well as commercial litigation. He has written and taught extensively in the areas of trial practice, personal injury law and insurance law, and is an instructor of trial practice at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Mr. Kasieta is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and all Wisconsin courts. He is a member of the Dane County Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Kasieta earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Northern Michigan University and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School.
T. KEVIN KNIGHT is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. Mr. Knight is board certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
