JULIE D. EISENHOWER is an attorney with TriAmicus Law, PLLC, in Knoxville. Ms. Eisenhower is a solo practitioner providing freelance legal writing services for other attorneys. She practices in the fields of appellate practice and family law, with some experience in areas of personal injury litigation, business entity formation, estate planning, and probate. Ms. Eisenhower earned her A.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Pellissippi State Technical Community College; her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee; and her J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
RACHEL FRANKS is a paralegal with Olson Juntunen Sandberg & Boettner in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She has been a paralegal for 9 years. Ms. Franks received her undergraduate degree from Mayville State University and her paralegal certificate form Rasmussen College.
REBECCA HOFFMAN has been studying and working as a family law paralegal for more than 20 years. Ms. Hoffman began working for Bill De La Garza & Associates in April of 2014 as a paralegal working directly for and with Bill De La Garza and has assisted other associate attorneys within the firm as needed. She is responsible for keeping, tracking and maintaining Mr. De La Garza’s calendar of appointments, hearing dates, trial dates, discovery deadlines, mediation, depositions, etc.; as well as scheduling and attending initial client interviews; initial client intake and investigations; drafting and preparation of all pretrial pleadings, motions and orders; preparation of discovery (propounding and responding); review, filing and organizing of files; meeting with clients and potential witnesses; communication with all involved parties; the preparation of trial and mediation notebooks; as well as preparation of exhibits for trial and/or mediation (i.e. exhibits, exhibit lists, witness lists, requested relief, etc.); and attending and assisting Mr. De La Garza at mediation, hearings, and trials. Ms. Hoffman is currently a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas and is preparing for her family law certification test.
FABIOLA RIVAS is a senior paralegal with Jason Finch and Associates in Omaha. Ms. Rivas is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, notary for the state of Nebraska, and earned her associates degree in paralegal studies at Kaplan University.
CHRISTINA WILKINSON is chief executive officer with Smoky Mountain Process and Legal Services in Knoxville. Ms. Wilkinson established the firm in 2017 as a boutique process of service firm to provide personal and expedient service to clients needing all forms of legal process served. She is a Knox County court approved process server, mobile notary, marriage officiant, skip tracer, and legal research assistant. Ms. Wilkinson earned her undergraduate degree from Walden University.
