Certification areas: Bankruptcy Law, Civil Trial Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, and Personal Injury Trial LawNILDA JIMENEZ is a certified paralegal at Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh Jardine, PC. She entered the legal field in 1994 as an entry level legal assistant. Ms. Jimenez has worked primarily in personal injury, medical malpractice, and civil rights violations. She has vast experience in pre-litigation, litigation, and trial preparation. Ms. Jimenez obtained her B.A. degree in educational studies from Ottawa University and her paralegal certification through the National Association of Legal Assistants. She obtained her master's degree in justice studies, with a concentration in public administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Ms. Jimenez was an adjunct instructor at Phoenix College (PC) and was an active participant in creating the CLA Review course at PC. She joined the Maricopa County Bar Association's Paralegal Division (MCBAPD) where she held several board positions, including president for 2017. In 2015, Ms. Jimenez was named MCBAPD Paralegal Member of the Year.
JENNIFER LANCTOT is a senior litigation paralegal at Truck Wreck Justice, PLLC. Ms. Lanctot received her A.A.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Chattanooga State Community College. She is a paralegal member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, the American Association for Justice, the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, and the Washington State Association for Justice. Ms. Lanctot completed the Advanced Trial Advocacy College: "Litigating Truck Collision Cases" course, sponsored by AAJ and the National College of Advocacy, in 2011.
