CARRI C. MILLER is a paralegal at Seigfreid Bingham P.C., in Kansas City, Missouri with more than 20 years' experience. In addition to preparing corporate form documents and providing due diligence on loan document for an automotive finance company in two of its five regions, she also provides all facets of litigation support for matters involving insurance defense, firearms, labor and employment, health care, nursing homes, and one-off cases. In responding to attorneys' and clients' needs, Ms. Miller works diligently to protect confidentiality, avoid the unauthorized practice of law, and act ethically in the discovery and witness preparation processes. She serves as treasurer of the Kansas City Paralegal Association. Ms. Miller earned her B.A. degree from Park University, and a paralegal certificate from Purdue University.
VICKI L. ST. AUBIN is a contract/IP paralegal with Sanford Health, in Fargo, North Dakota. As a paralegal in the company’s law department, her responsibilities include handling the drafting and review of a variety of contracts, as well as assisting with intellectual property needs and opportunities. Ms. St. Aubin graduated from Nettleton College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with a legal assistant degree in 1991. She then worked for a local law office in Marshall, Minnesota, for just under nine years. Following that, Ms. St. Aubin made the transition to work for BCL Capital, at the time a division of Lyon Financial (a division of Schwan’s Sales Enterprises, Inc.). Lyon Financial was sold to US Bancorp in early 2000. After the required time frame, Ms. St. Aubin left US Bancorp and returned to Schwan’s Sales Enterprises, Inc., (now known as The Schwan Food Company) from May 2003 through March 2017, in the law department as a senior paralegal dealing mainly with intellectual property matters.
IDA L. WILLIAMSON is a paralegal for the law firm of Cozen O’Connor, where she specializes in litigation, trial practice, insurance defense, personal injury, premises and product liability, and aviation law. Ms. Williamson has been in the paralegal field for more than 30 years and currently emphasizes on discovery, medical record review, research, mediation, and trial practice. She conducts medical research, legal and factual research, investigations, and client interviews. Ms. Williamson also prepares medical chronologies, deposition summaries, pleadings, memoranda, witness and exhibit lists, digital and hard copy trial exhibits, and trial notebooks, as well as attending trial. She attended Broward College in Fort Lauderdale.
