DONNA-MARIE HAYLE is a member of Ney Hoffecker Peacock & Hayle. Ms. Hayle’s practice focuses primarily on representing clients in family and domestic law matters, contested divorce, legitimation and child custody, modification and contempt of domestic relations orders, and same-sex family legal issues. She handles contract litigation, contractor/subcontractor disputes, garnishment/collection of judgments, and legal malpractice claims. She is a member of State Bar of Georgia (Family Law Section), The Florida Bar (Family Law Section, Out-of-State Division, Young Lawyers Division), Stonewall Bar Association, Atlanta Bar Association and named Super Lawyers, Rising Star Designation for 2016 and 2017. Ms. Hayle received her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from the Florida State University and earned her J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of Florida Levin College of Law.
HOWARD L. LOTVEN is a sole practitioner with the law office of Howard L. Lotven P.C. Mr. Lotven primarily represents clients in criminal/municipal courts and traffic courts. He has been either a prosecutor or a defense attorney in more than 10,000 cases. Mr. Lotven also represents clients in family law matters, including divorce, paternity, modification of child support, custody and visitation. His professional associations and memberships include the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (Municipal Court Committee, Family Law Committee, Criminal Law Section, Volunteer Attorney Project), The Missouri Bar (Criminal Law Committee, General Practice Committee), the Municipal Court Prosecutors Association of Western Missouri, the Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Judges Association, and the Association of Women Lawyers. Mr. Lotven is admitted to practice in Missouri, and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the U.S. Federal Court. He presently serves as a lecturer for the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association on practicing in municipal and traffic courts. Mr. Lotven earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Drake University; and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
TIFANNE E.E. WOLTER is an attorney with Henningson & Snoxell Ltd. She has practiced family law exclusively for more than a decade. Ms. Wolter has assisted a wide array of clients with divorce, custody, paternity, child support, third party custody, parenting time, and domestic abuse matters. She is trained in collaborative divorce and mediation, and, upon graduating from law school, she obtained a certificate in dispute resolution from Hamline University School of Law. After earning her Juris Doctorate degree, Ms. Wolter worked for Legal Aid and helped victims of domestic abuse and low income clients with family law issues. She is the past chairperson and representative to the assembly for the Minnesota State Bar Association (Family Law Section). Ms. Wolter has been involved with the Family Law Section for many years. Previously she was the vice chairperson and chairperson of publications. She earned her B.A. degree from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota and her J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota.
